Testimonies

“We at Ubuntu course don’t have much technical knowledge about communication; sometimes our daily work is not shown correctly or in the best way. The project has shown us ways to follow and how we can optimize our work. I hope to get better every day so that I can expand my work as a popular education in the periphery.” Valesca, 28, Jd. Jacira

“Communication training for popular preparatory courses has been helping to understand and apply strategies that add to the preparatory course, such as forging ties with partner media, using partner media as a means of interacting with students, planning communication to organize ourselves in relation to an action that the course wants to do as a trade fair for professions and the like. I believe this makes it easier to communicate with students beyond the school day, show more of the preparatory course in the networks defining what is the purpose of the preparatory course and the organization of subjects for the actions that are performed.” Leo Aguiar, Cursinho Carolina Maria de Jesus, 21 years old, Jd. Guaruja

“I believe this training has been of great importance. Communication in Ubuntu has always been, in a way, outdated, never before has there been a center that took care of the unique and exclusive social networks and communication of the preparatory course. With the knowledge that we have been acquiring at the Media Center, we are already moving much more effectively, I believe that now even the dialogue within the team will be improved in the matter of decision making. I am sure that (and this is our main goal) we will communicate with our students in a much more useful way, not only teaching and informing but also helping and welcoming, embracing everyone within our Ubuntu philosophy.” Pedro, Cursinho Ubuntu, 18, Sonia Regina
