Lawyer with a degree in Law from Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC – 1995), post-graduate from the same University (Specialist in Corporate Law – 1998), he serves as General Counsel of non-profit organization – Logosófica Foundation (2008), General Counsel of Semp Toshiba (2007) and is a member of the Advisory Board of IBL – Instituto Brasil Legal (2011).

A Civil Engineer with specialization in Business Administration, Finance and Marketing. He has been a partner and Executive Officer of PLANCONSULT since 1976, a Brazilian consulting company dedicated to company valuations, management and valuation of fixed assets, engineering consulting and projects, Turnaround as well as economic / financial feasibility projects. Ronald is interested in social entrepreneurs and has been a member of the ASN (Ashoka Social Network) since 2013. He has participated in several mentoring sessions with social entrepreneurs, as well as four Globalizer projects for entrepreneurs in Land Conflicts, Social Inclusion, Health and   Education.

An Accountant graduated in Accounting Sciences from the Faculty of Administration and Accounting Sciences and postgraduate (Lato Sensu) in the area of ​​Accounting Sciences. He has joined Semp TCL group in 1979 where he held various positions in the accounting area and today holds the position of Accounting General Manager, being responsible for accounting, tax and cost areas.
